Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing and using our Internet portal, whose domain is: www.norte19.com belonging to Operadora de Hoteles Norte 19, S.A. de C.V. which shall hereafter be referred to as Norte 19, the user accepts the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE of this agreement and expressly declares his/her acceptance by using these electronic media to that effect, according to article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code.

If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of this agreement in their entirety, the user will abstain from accessing, using, and observing the website: www.norte19.com

and in the event that the user does access, use, and observe the aforementioned web site, it will be considered absolute and explicit acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE hereby stipulated.

Use of said web page gves the general public the condition of user (hereafter "user" or "users") and implies complete and unconditional acceptance of each and every general and specific condition included in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE published by Norte 19 at the time the same user accesses the web site.

2. Agreement

All opinions, advice, declarations, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or available to the public by third parties belong to their respective authors and Norte 19 does not assume responsibility thereto. b) Notification provided to the user about said modifications.

Likewise, the user agrees to periodically review said agreement for the purpose of keeping current with said modifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each time the user accesses the site indicated, this shall be viewed as absolute acceptance of the modifications made to the present agreement.

12. Additional Terms

Occasionally, Norte 19 may add to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE of the present agreement those additional provisions related to specific areas or new services that are provided on or accessed through the website www.norte19.com (hereinafter referred to as "additional terms"), which shall be published in the specific areas or new services of said website for their reading and acceptance. 13. Transfer of rights

Norte 19 has the ability to, at any moment they deem appropriate, transfer all or part of their rights and obligations derived from the present agreement. By virtue of said transfer, Norte 19 shall have no obligation towards the user established in the present agreement.

14. Indemnity

The user agrees to reimburse Norte 19, its affiliates, suppliers, vendors, and consultants for any action, suit, or claim (including attorneys fees and court costs) derived from any lack of fulfillment on the part of the user as respects the present agreement; including but not limited to any derived from:

a) Any aspect related to the website www.norte19.com

b) The information contained or available in or by means of said website or from insults, defamation, or any other conduct in violation of the present agreement on the part of the user in the use of the website indicated.

The violation of applicable laws or international treaties related to author's rights or intellectual property, contained or available in, or by means of said website.

15. Termination

Norte 19 reserves the right, at its exclusive discretion, and without being under obligation to provide notification of any kind to the user, to:

a) Definitively terminate the present agreement.

b) Discontinue or definitively stop publishing the following website: www.norte19.com without any responsibility whatsoever for Norte 19, its affiliates, or providers.

Survival of Obligations

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, as well as the additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and replaces any other contract or agreement entered into previously. Any clause or provision of the present agreement, as well as the additional terms, when legally declared invalid, shall be removed or modified at the discretion of Norte 19, for the purpose of correcting their fault or defect. However, the remainder of the clauses or provisions shall maintain their force, obligatory nature, and validity.

17. No waiver of rights

Inactivity by Norte 19, its affiliates or providers, to exercise any right or action derived from the present agreement at no time should be interpreted as a waiver of said rights or actions.
